This book seemed to be about half description, but it was so beautifully written that it was slow but never boring. In fact, it made me want to visit many of the places myself. I'm not a lover of vampire stories, but thought this one was well done. Didn't lose any sleep because I couldn't put it down, but I did really enjoy it.
