When I sat down to begin reading this book by Nancy Angove, I was just hoping to glean a few tips on livening up my social life but what I found was a treasure trove of good, solid advice from a true woman of wisdom on how to live my life better every day. Nancy shares advice on better relationships, a better and more organized home life that everyone wants to share, and being the kind of friend you hope to find in others. From how to make your home more presentable (no matter what your income or limitations are) to how men can be more attractive to women (this is GOOD advice, guys!), Nancy covers in one small book what takes many of us a lifetime to learn.
If you want to improve your relationships and better order your priorities, this is an excellent book on the basics. If you want stronger friendships and tips on basic etiquette in public (things we think we're doing right but overlook in ourselves), this is a great book. If you wonder why you have no friends or why people shy away from you, you need this book.
I would recommend this book for any adult who wants to come up higher in the area of everyday living, in relationships, in prioritizing their life. It's short, simple and direct, and it's written with lots of humor so it's an easy read. It's 102 pages of good, solid advice to anyone who needs help in their home life or attracting friends or a mate - male or female.
If you have a friend or relative with offensive behavior or manners (or lack thereof) and you don't know how to tell them, buy this book for them!
