Read this one day. The cover is what drew me to the book, but the storyline kept my interest. This is a lovely interracial love story between a Navy SEAL commander and a Harvard-trained Navy doctor. They have sizzling chemistry together although the reluctance of the heroine to get involved with the hero was totally overplayed. I started to feel sorry for the poor guy. He was starting to beg and that's never very appealing. It was as though there wasn't anything he could say to make her believe he loved her. The author could have done away with the conversations between heroine and her brothers because the dialog was odd and came across as though they were her boyfriends. I realize it was done to create misunderstanding for the hero, but it was a poor plot device and much too heavy handed. There are some really obvious typos that could have been fixed with better editing.
