Poor little story... lost amid enough bogus pseudo-religious garbage to choke a landfill. (For every two paragraphs that drove the plot, there were PAGES of drivel). Trying WAY too hard to be sophisticated and meaningful, and ending up about as complex as a "Precious Moments" figurine and as profound as a turd. Too bad. A couple of other authors in the series (notably, Cindy Dees and Jenna Mills) managed to dance on the right side of the line between plausible believability and plain silliness. This one didn't. And I was really looking forward to the finale of the series. Now I wish I had done something more important with my time. Like, say, cleaning the trash cans. The author should maybe stick to rubbing oil ecstatically over her breasts and belly and leave the writing to the more talented.
