These recipes are quick, although hardly of the 5-minute variety. The author even has a quick mac and cheese recipe. There are no photos or nutritional information. However, at the end (and not listed in the contents), I copied three spice blend recipes: Italian, Taco, and Cajun Seasoning Blends.
