I swapped for this book because it was tagged as having recipes by Ina Garten, when in fact it does not.
I've never seen a cook book like this that has recipes for the stuff you can only buy at Costco, which renders then inoperable for those of us who don't have one of those in town or lack a membership.
For example, a salmon dish that requires you to use their Costco stuffed salmon as the ingredient for the ravioli.
Maybe I will try to make their cherry chocolate strudel, but otherwise, this book left me uninspired.
