The authors show that similar ideas can be applied to improving your financial health and your physical health. I appreciated the chapter on self-talk the most, and there was helpful material on how not to sabotage yourself. The chapter on children did not apply to me. I really liked the recap at the end so I could save some main ideas without going back through the book.
