This book is the last in The Donovan Legacy. This is one of my personal favorites of Nora's because by the nature of the plot, almost all of the book deals with the actual interactions of the couple. The female protagonist is wonderfully portrayed as she spends the book evolving into a strong independent woman. The male protagonist is complex, mysterious and struggling with his own issues, and therefore incredibly attractive. They are so well portrayed that by the time they come together, it is intense and so magical, I had to go back and read parts over and over before I could move on.
