I love this book. It is unique and full of surprises. Excellent and true to life depiction of Southern life on the other side of the tracks--or lake. Rags to riches story filled with raw emotion. Very touching, but wrapped in humor. The love of God creatively shines through this special novel. If you want to read a special love story, this is the one.
