I've read lots of John Lennon interviews & I generally find him to be fascinating, controversial, and entertaining. This interview is not in the same vein. John is rambling, Yoko is self-congratulatory, and there are no revelations here.
One interesting note: John briefly talks about his assistant Fred Seaman who went on to write a book about the last few years of Lennon's life. Yoko Ono went up against him in court after he admitted to taking some of Lennon's diaries supposedly being asked by John to pass them along to his son Julian.
All in all, there are much more interesting and revelatory interviews with John Lennon than this last interview of his life.
