This book is the sequel to 13 to Life. I felt the first one was too close to Twilight, and it actually had me annoyed for a while. I do not like when authors copy each other. But, still the authors unique writing style and fun way of playing with words (often throwing in puns to make you laugh, and joking about popular movies and books) kept my attention. I am glad I continued on to the second book. This one was great! The story is filled with twist and turns, and unexpected surprises. The ending is a cliffhanger, leaving you antsy for the next book! I would recommend this, especially if you liked the Twilight series.
