A most, interesting book about Collette Rossant and her husband. He, the architect, she the housemate in the beginning. She becomes bored; tries a few jobs, eventually learns to cook, and quite well. She entertains; often her husband's clients. As they travel the world together, along with their children in tow; she becomes quite adventurous in the cuisine she prepares from Africa (Tanzania), China, Japan, South America. She is always looking for another adventure and culture to explore. She loves to be challenged by each cultures' cuisine. The book is a great read for any person who loves adventure, learning about cultures. The author shares recipes she has tested from each culture she has visited. A fascinating read.
