Wow, this book took me totally by surprise! Several twists that eventually brings the reader back to our heroin, Cat Ferry, and her childhood deep in the south. There seems to be two different storylines going on, but in the end, Cat, with the help of her married lover, a homicide detective, bring the stories together. A great read.
