When Megan's army parents go to Korea for her junior year, Megan decides to stay with the family friend. The McGowans have SEVEN sons, ranging from the extremely hot and popular senior Evan to the littlest troublemaker and everything in between. The boys have never had a girl live with them before, and it sure disrupts their lives. Pranks, teasing, and freeze-outs occur, but Megan also discovers that boys can be nice and sensitive too--when they feel like it.

On the soccer team, Megan clashes with Hailey, Evan's girlfriend and best player on the team. In addition, slacker Doug seems to have it out for her, Megan wants to figure out how to get through to Miller, who has Asperger's Syndrome, and Finn, the artistic junior, is beginning to puzzle her.

Through all the teenage drama and sometimes unbelievable moments, Megan remains a heroine anyone can cheer for.
