Loved this like much of the Molly Harper stuff. This didn't have quite as much snark as the Naked Werewolf series but was still a good time.
Part murder mystery, part haunted house story but with a bit of sexual tension and flirtation mixed in for good measure.
I really liked Nina and Deacon as you very rarely get to see the nerdy boy or girl end up with a happily ever after.
Crane's Nest is the gorgeous ancestral home of the Whitneys. The home and the family are cursed but Deacon Whitney is trying to break that curse and bring the house back to it's former glory. He'll do it with the help of his best friend, Jake, and a few spunky women (Nina, landscaper artiste, Cindy, organization & cleaning guru, and his cousin, Dotty a flighty free spirit who wants to focus on the paranormal aspects of the home). Paranormal hi-jinks ensue.
