This is still on the sale shelf at the branch library with twenty wishes outstanding. I have not bought it because there are water marks (no staining) at the very bottom of many pages in the 200s. Otherwise the book is VG in VGDJ. For some reason (perhaps its length) is has not been issued in pb, but I suspect, based on its last offer, that four copies a year will be posted. If some one of the twenty is not picky, contact me....
