This isn't a weight loss book, it teaches you how to eat right and why certain food causes your body to react. Explains what's the differnce between bood types and there origin. I am overwieght and as I read this book I noticed that most the things my parents fed me where the wrong kinds foods. What this means is that my body could not process some of these foods and my body stored them as fat. This book was a great help to me. I was a bit sceptical at first and then I did the opposite to see if it made a difference. Within hours I felt sick and payed for it. Since reading this book and following the guidelines it has helped my way of living. I feel better and found more recipes in the Cook right for your type. It gives examples of how this way of lifesyles has changes people lives and saved a few. Over forty years of research was good enough for me to read it. This is just my opinion and hope this book can help other people as much as it helped me.
