I did not like this book at first. I hated Charlotte's family especially her father, Edward, and her grandmother. Both of them really got on my last nerve.

About halfway through the book I really started to enjoy it. I keep flip-flopping in my head as to who the killer was. One chapter I would think it was Mrs. Prebble and the next I would think it was Mr. Prebble. Finally about 3/4 of the way through I figured it out.

I will give it 3 stars and thank God I don't work for a preacher like Mr. Prebble.
