The series keeps changing ... in a good way. First book was an "ah, how cute and funny," second was funny but not as enjoyable with too much graphic sex and poor story line, and this third book ... funny, good story line,and fully developed characters. (I skipped the small areas of graphic sex. It detracts from the story.) No "ah, how sweet" factors but the story was great without it. I'm glad I kept reading the series rather than stopping at book two. I definitely recommend reading the books in order. The stories develop off each other.
