This book was captivating and I read it within a day. I thought it amazing that this family lived in Columbine when the Columbine shooting happened (they were homeschooled so didn't attend the school where this happened). It was amazing not to go through the school shooting, but to turn around and their two daughters get shot at church. The book itself talks about the girls, their desires, their love for God, and their love for each other. I thought it was a very good book. It was also amazing to see how forgiving their parents were and also how the parents of the shooter and the parents of the victims got together several times after the shooting.
