An incredible read about the Renaissance; of love between Lucrezia, a nun; and a Carmelite monk, Fra Fillippo Lippi. The story of a love affair during Renaissance era; as well as the birth of great artwork done by Fra Fillippo. A story of the artist's vision, amid dark betrayal and forbidden yearnings. The novel is one of art, history and the miracles wrought by love. A great read!
