A story of ancient Scotland and of the present time as experienced by Andrew Trentham who as a member of Parliment, is aware of the theft of Scotland's symbol of ancestry and becomes involved in it's history and his own as well.

There are two books in this set in the following order: 1."Caledonia, Legend of the Celtic Stone" and 2."An Ancient Strife". They should be read together.

Wonderful descriptions of Scotland and it's history in the early time and the present time and a wonderful love story involving an American journalist and Andrew Trentham. I wouldn't have missed this for anything.
