Joy Fielding is one of my favorite authors, but this novel was a complete failure. All the characters are unlovable, boring and ludicrous. Marcy Taggart, a soon to be divorced 50ish Canadian, embarks on a trip to Ireland to find her missing and presumed dead, daughter, Devon. What follows is an endless chase through Ireland, while she searches for Devon, and attracts two mysterious men who fall madly in love with her for no apparent reason. Terrible, just like her previous bomb, the Wild Zone.
