I gave in to the hype and borrowed this book from a friend. I got about 150 pages read and had to give it back. This is a very bad romance novel. I have no idea why there is so much hype about this book.

Ana is so not believable. How can she be 22 and still be a virgin and then she lets a man that is into some very weird and kinky sex to be the first guy she goes to bed with...I don't think so. And she is always putting herself down...why??? Is she that insecure about herself??? I wanted to slap her and tell her to grow up.

The back cover of the book says that it is a Goodreads Choice Awards Finalist for best romance. I have read some romance in the past that were a whole lot better then this piece of garbage. I don't know what they consider a good romance but this is not one in my opinion. I am sorry I every borrowed it...glad I didn't give in and buy it because I would have wasted my money.

Anyway I am not going to finish this book much less read the rest of the series.
