Of course this builds on the Carsington family traits that we've seen in the first two novels. I was kind of surprised that it focused on the oldest brother Benedict but I don't know why. Each brother has to have a unique setting and challenge. I can honestly say tho' that so far this is my favorite of the 3 I've read so far in the series. I'm looking forward to the rest. I loved the chase and the whole idea of one's nephew and one's daughter on the loose. It was light, it was funny. There's at least 10 scenes I hope to draw from in the future. I even marked the pages which I usually don't do.
