This second novel is much better than the first one (which I enjoyed too).
Obviously a work of fiction, the main issue I could not get past personally is the blase approach to throwing out that the Bible is pure fabrication and fictional.
With that in mind, I did push that issue to the back of my mind and appreciated the storyline linking the fabled Emerald Tablet with a connection to Atlantis and the Knights Templar.
Overall, it's an enjoyable, thrilling read. Beware of the heavy sexual overtones all around. Some of it seemed to be unnecessary to the continuity of the main storyline.
