Really enjoyed reading this. Dr. Saphier has a lot of good information on the ways we can help lower our healthcare costs....mainly by taking better care of ourselves. I worked healthcare for a number of years so I really understood what she was saying. This book delves into insurance; the pros and cons of the ACA; Medicare for All, and how costs rise and fall, and she touched on health care provider burnout which occurs more often than many people realize.
