This is a collection of novellas each having a storyline involving surviving cancer, guide dogs, sports for special needs children, low cost childrens books in Braille and babies born into poverty having hand knit clothing. I obtained this book so i could read the story that was set in Avalon NY...which was the location of the Lakeshore Chronicles.

Anthologies are interesting because you can see if you like other authors writing style...
