After she disappeared at the end of book 9, Janey aka Charley will wake up in a small town with a big legend, Sleepy Hallow. She was saved by a cop but I won't get I.to about him, it would be a spoiler. But a woman named Dixie offered her a cot and a job at her diner. Janey has four regulars and a fellow friend. A cop maybe named Garrett, her friend's husband Bobert, a dark sex on a stick man named Reyes, a soulless top hat wearing Osh, and her friend Cookie. She has amnesia, but she starts seeing transparent people, a rowdy rottie named as stated on her collar Arttie, a 13 year old horn dog named Angel and a few people that show up at the diner including one that is the key for her memories to return. But no matter who she is now, old instincts are hard to ignore, meaning she will get into trouble more times then she thought. She knows she has powers but can she handle them when her temper will cause the earth to blow?

***Beep was only mentioned a couple of times but her body knew she lost someone behind that was precious but she never could remember who or what she lost.
