I love Larry Elder. He says the things I'm not allowed to say.

In this book, he deals exclusively with race in America. He's willing to say that the problem that black American's face isn't racism; it that they need to stop playing the role of victims. He points fingers of blame at the so-called black leaders (and at the press who give them credibility) for selling the victim mentality that they profit so well from. I have to think that if blacks who've come here from other countries consistently manage to achieve greater success than those born here, that it must be an internalized attitude that is holding them back.
