If you just want a thrill of romance, read this book. Otherwise, it has no plot, no character development...just a crazy set of circumstances that throw two people into "love at first sight" basically. The "prince come to help slay her dragons" analogy is cute and romantic, but it just goes WAYYYY too far. I thought this book would have some sort of supernatural/suspenseful element, but it's kind of a ruse (SPOILER ALERT) - the only thing dark and creepy turns out to be an injured wolf that basically "trusts" these folks to take care of it. It basically becomes a tame housepet until its healed. The woman's big secret? I suppose the one she shares practically the first time she opens her mouth, which is that she can read other people's minds. Okayyyy. I can't believe this woman's books are bestsellers unless this is atypical of her writing. Pretty much a waste of my time.
