I enjoyed this book. Borders romance a little. Think summer reading at the pool.

I liked it and I bought the set. HOWEVER - After reading the first three books in the series - I felt like it was all the same. Haven't picked up the rest.

The HBO show looked to graphic for me. I like the book better.

Does not compare to the Twilight series. ---- very different--- except that there are vampires in both. Twilight is the best.

-----One that I think is better than Sookie (and along the same lines) is "Undead and Unwed"
