Jimmy's and Janet's feet are growing up. At the shoe store they each get a pair of bright red boots that stretch. The twins wear their new boots all day but they can't find any puddles for splashing. Jimmy and Janet feel sad. Then Daddy finds a way to make puddles even though the sun is shining.
