Mate Bond is the story of Bowman, of the North Carolina Shiftertown, and his mate, Kenzie. Bowman and Kenzie have a "mating of convenience," coming together to keep the Shifters in the rural town from battling each other. They have a cub (Ryan), who knows he'll be Shiftertown leader next. Kenzie and Bowman smoke up the pages, but the one thing they haven't found is the mate bond (the magical twining of hearts). They won't give up on each other, though, and have each other's backs, while they fight Shifter enemies and seek the final bond that eludes them.
Bowman was introduced (briefly) in Tiger Magic, during the meeting of Shifter leaders that Liam attends. He returned in Wild Wolf in another Shifter leader meeting. You will see Shifters from the other towns! The saga ain't over yet.
