After reading the first six in the Taylor Jackson series, did NOT expect this bomb. It took 282 pages before the story developed. The first 282 pages were spent w/characters wringing their kleenex like some torn-bodice romance. And then when the story did develop, the author blew thru it like a whirlwind. Very, very disappointing book. Ususally I won't give any book more than a 50-page chance to be read but since the first six in series were so good, kept expecting this to be same. Total waste of time.
Read this one at own wasted-time risk.
