The plot is really interesting. The writing in a few places is kind of forced, but overall the quality of this book based on the TV show is not bad. This is the same author of the first and third books in the series, so he's obviously doing something right if he's been asked to continue writing these books. He has a good sense of humor and seems to really understand the Winchester family. Definitely worth the read if you're a fan of the show Supernatural.
