Odious Inspector Blair has assigned an underling to spy on Hamish Macbeth....but when said underling is murdered, a can of worms is opened...including drugs, blackmail and sex. This is one of the better later additions to the series......but still not as good as the earlier books.....I will continue to follow the series......
