Judith and her cousin Renie are in fine form when they both go in for surgery on the same day. Something fishy is going on as famous patients keep dying. Judith and Renie get mixed up even in their infirm state.

Suspenseful, fast moving, and funny. I really enjoyed this entry in the Bed and Breakfast Mysteries series.
