Christian Thydell's dream has come true: his debut novel, The Mermaid, has been published. Christian is now receiving anonymous threats. One of Christian's closest friends, Magnus, goes missing. Erica's husband, Detective Patrik Hedstrom, must unravel a tangle of relationships, love triangles, and family secrets to discover what really happened to Magnus. This is a good addition to the series and a cliffhanger at the end makes me want to check out the next book right away.
