I love all of Sister Souljah's books, although this one was a little different. I was a little disappointed at how she told this story. It tells about the life of Midnight the man from her previous book called "The Coldest Winter Ever". It tells how he first came to the United States from Sudan, Africa and of his life as a Muslim. This story has a lot of repeats which kinda got on my nerves, but overall it is a good book to read.
