Though this book might be a little dated since the beginning of the new Millennium is well past, it still has some interesting information within. I first thought this book was nothing but a bunch of predictions by different people on what could happen in the 21st century. It does contain some of that information but in essence it is much more then that. It introduces and teaches you how to make predictions, concerning yourself, by using 5 New Age sciences (Palmistry, Astrology, Psychic Intuition, Tarot and Numerology). Of course the book can only break it down so far, if not then the book would be huge. The editor suggests that if you are interested in learning more about any of the disciplines then pick up the "Complete Idiot's Guide" of that subject. What the book does tell you is interesting. The only one I had a hard time grasping was the part on Astrology. I felt that they didn't break down the information on the Birth Chart that well and since they kept referring to birth charts, it made it hard for me to follow. Even though the book's premise is a little old, reading some of the predictions that they made was interesting. The one that stuck out to me was about the Catholic church maybe splitting the popes or shutting down. Not too long ago there was a pope that stepped down and another took it's place...technically 2 living "popes". This is still a good beginner's book if you are looking into fortune telling using New Age techniques.
