Any Man of Mine by Carolyn Aarsen -- this is one of Love Inspired's Steeple Hill Cafe' books... I really like those books. They are very much "chick lit" and so enjoyable to read! Danielle is looking for a man.. NOT a guy... and there are none to be found in the small farming town where she grew up. So she has a plan... to move to the big city and find a real man.. cultured, sophisticated, able to read her mind. First, she has to get things in order for her father and 3 brothers... find a new job.... finish up her open cases at her current job... and then there is James... the new GUY in town.... who is doing his best to steal her heart. And Dani is doing her best to run from him. .. but in the end will the running take her from him or straight into his arms? A fun book to read!
