As I began reading about Cassie and Louis, they took my breath away. Nancy Gideon makes you feel "their" emotions. I fell in love with Louis the same way Cassie did. You will have a love/fear relationship with Gerald, Louis' fellow vampire and sometimes friend, and Bianca will make you truly believe in evil. I could not put the book down until I had devoured every last drop.
If you have a passion for romance that meets the dark side of love, Midnight Surrender is a must! I also loved the first two books in this trilogy: Midnight Kiss and Midnight Temptation.

This trilogy has a permanant place on my bookshelf and I keep hoping/checking that Ms. Gideon writes more vampire/romance books!!!
