I am not usually a big fan of fantasy literature, but this series is definitely one of my favorite series of books. This sequel to Name of the Wind (which was also terrific) is well written, captivating and compelling to read. It is lengthy and does drag in a few places but it progresses the story nicely. Like most "bridge" books in a trilogy, this entry leaves more questions unanswered than answered. Patrick Rothfuss is definitely one of my new favorite authors! I anxiously await the next book!
