Beautiful artwork and the retelling of a Liberian folk tale. Once the leopard was King of the jungle; he had a spearing contest to decide who would be the next King and marry his daughter.This book is beautiful artwork of the African jungle and gives 2 ways to count to ten. It shows all the jungle animals and many take the King's spearing contest but only the most clever wins. No not the lion. A great story for any age.

Beautiful gift book.
