Loved it. I can't wait for book 2 :-) Gabriel...so definitely swoon worthy. Gabriel a torchered soul that feels there is no redemption for his past sins. Juilanne a graduate student believes in forgiveness and must show him that he too can be forgiven and loved. Julianne however must aslo overcome a past keeps her from truly being herself and opening herself up for love. Gabriel a torchered soul is her only salvation to finally freeing herself from her past and her fears.

I truly don't know what it was about this book and why I loved it. I couldn't put it down once I picked it. It's not as steamy or graphic as other books I have read. It's really mild in my opinion for the topic and love that is portrayed. However every page I read I wanted to read more.

I loved the alternating points of view so that we could truly get a feel for both characters. I feel that it truly helped understand where both characters were coming from and how they felt about one another. Not only about one another but about themselves.

Gabrield not only feels guilty for his past he feels that he could be corrupting Julianne. Julianne only sees the good in Gabriel and knows he is the one she is meant to be with. Yet Gabriel's past is too much for him to believe he deserves any kind of love from Julianne. Julianne's past makes her believe she is not good enough for a man like Gabriel. They both struggle with their feelings with one another. Throughout the story we see how love can save the most torchered soul and free another. So long as they both can forgive themselves and move on.

I can't give you any plot details because it would ruin the story. All I can say is that I loved it and hope you put this on your to be read list. Thank you to the author for writing this wonderful book. I truly can't wait until book 2 comes out. I can't believe I had this book for months before I read it
