Another wonderful look at our old friends in Mitford. Father Tim and Cynthia are "farm-sitting" at Meadowgate Farm for their dear friends who are off to France for a year. Father Tim is retired but his old bishop and closest friend, Stuart, asks him to resurrect a church up in the hills. He accepts the challenge and meets some of the most heart-warming people yet to grace Ms. Karon's books. Miracles abound in this volume and I don't want to give any of them away which would rob you of the joys. Apparently this is the last in the Mitford Years series and that makes me sad. I love all the people in Mitford, feel as if they are all old friends. Each new book was like a letter from home. There are moments of laughter and of tears that you don't want to miss.
