Loved it. Early 1800's England.
Number 3 (I think) in a series of siblings where the grandmother is forcing each to be married or none of them will inherit her fortune after she passes.
Minerva, the first female with a story, is a writer who would be just fine without her inheritance, but wishes to thwart her grandmother without harming her siblings chances to have their portion.
This is a love from afar - since she was 9 - ignored by the hero - broken hearted - until finally, timing works out and he is trying to win her heart.
Good wit, characters, dialogue, and story-line. Definate recommendation.
