The best MacLaren so far. Too bad it is likely to be the last. Great plot, great (as always) characters. Excellent resolution to 'what happens to whom' for (almost) everybody in the series. We find out a bit more about the characters' histories... events we were not told previously, or maybe just things I didn't remember.
