This book really drew me in and kept me enthralled. This is an old novel published in 1978, so the story takes place from the mid sixties to early 1980. A college girl falls in love with a man unlike any man she has ever dated, they marry, have a daughter, and thats where things get weird. He is WAY overprotective, the daughter is a brat but the mother (who is also the narrator) can't seem to control her. And when the daughter reaches 16 and starts dating....you won't know what hit you until the end. Very good novel. Characters were interesting, the story line was different and I NEVER, EVER, expected the twist.
